CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE:
A Customer support Executive / Associate in this role deals with a number of incoming calls & outgoing calls, pertaining to the clients business. The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Age : 18 to 35 years of age.
•Qualification : Freshers or experienced ( Degree / B.Tech / MBA /MCA)
•Handling Inbound(IB) & Outbound(OB) calls.
•Providing outstanding service to the customer.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
•Should be able to speak Hindi & English.
•Good communication skills.
•Polite and customer service oriented.
•Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries.
•9,500 to 12,000 per month.
•Regular performance incentives.
